Today I spend the day BEING! Just BEING, PRESENT in the day. Honoring my feelings, allowing myself time to reflect and rest in the all that has transpired since my Grandmother has left this side of earth. Dwelling in her spirit and how she has guided me through so many phases of BECOMING who I am called to be! Embracing the foundation, she has laid and honoring the path she started and left behind.
As I practice just BEING today, I take time to be present in writing my Grandmother a letter. A letter that will remain as a part of the legacy she has left behind for her lineage to embrace as her legacy continues…
