At 50, I am finally learning to put ME first and believe it or not it is a process. It's hard to shift gears when you're use to carrying the world on your shoulders. But, I am starting slow with Soulo Moments. Some moments may include breathtaking views, while others may be full of angst as I jot through my past and try to figure out why I feel the need to save everyone.
Either way, it's ALL part of my Soulo Journey and I am here for it!!
